The largest lithium battery plant in Europe is expected to be put into production in 2020, which is constructed to meet growing demand from electric vehicles.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 28 (SMM) – The largest lithium battery plant in Europe is expected to be put into production in 2020, which is constructed to meet growing demand from electric vehicles.

Switzerland-based ABB and Northvolt will jointly build the battery plant. And the production line will be completed in 2019.
