The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has conducted a survey on the coal production costs across all coal-producing provinces and key coal enterprises.

SHANGHAI, Oct 29 (SMM) – The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has conducted a survey on the coal production costs across all coal-producing provinces and key coal enterprises.

The preliminary results show that the cost of coal production is significantly lower than the current spot price of coal, and there is room for continued declines of coal prices.
