[Saiwu Technology actively promotes the production expansion Project of Solar Packaging Film] on September 16, Suzhou Saiwu Applied Technology Co., Ltd. issued a notice that the company held the third meeting of the second session of the board of directors on August 28, 2020. to examine and approve the "proposal on the project of solar packaging film with an annual production capacity of 255 million square meters." It is agreed that the company should set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Pujiang Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province with a registered capital of RMB 168 million.

Zhejiang Saiwu Applied Technology Co., Ltd. business scope: general projects: technical services, technical development, technical consultation, technology exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion; engineering and technology R & D and experimental development; plastic products manufacturing; plastic products sales; photovoltaic equipment and components sales; Sales of special chemicals (excluding dangerous chemicals) (except for projects that must be approved according to law, independently carry out business activities according to law on the strength of the business license). Approved items: inspection and testing services (projects that must be approved according to law can only be carried out with the approval of relevant departments, and the specific business projects shall be subject to the results of examination and approval).
