Nickel ore inventories at Chinese ports fell 20,000 wmt on week

Nickel ore inventories across all Chinese ports continued to fall this week, decreasing 20,000 wmt from a week earlier to 7.83 million wmt as of Friday June 5, showed SMM data. This came after a decline of 300,000 wmt in the prior week.

SHANGHAI, Jun 5 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories across all Chinese ports continued to fall this week, decreasing 20,000 wmt from a week earlier to 7.83 million wmt as of Friday June 5, showed SMM data.
This came after a decline of 300,000 wmt in the prior week.


In metal content, the stocks fell 300 mt this week to 63,900 mt.


SMM data also showed that nickel ore stocks across seven major Chinese ports declined 40,000 wmt this week to 6.73 million wmt.
