SHANGHAI, May 15 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories across all Chinese ports continued to fall this week, decreasing 430,000 wmt from May 8 to 8.24 million wmt as of May 15, showed SMM data.
This came after a decline of 179,000 wmt in the week ended May 8.
In metal content, the stocks fell 3,700 mt this week to 67,600 mt.
SMM data also showed that nickel ore stocks across seven major Chinese ports declined 450,000 wmt this week to 7.06 million wmt.
