SHANGHAI, Mar 5 (SMM) – An estimated daily output of 10,000 mt of molten iron is set to be affected by maintenance for a 4747m³ blast furnace at Anyang Iron & Steel from March 6.
The maintenance is scheduled to last for four days, according to sources.
Anyang Iron & Steel also planned to conduct maintenance on its 1780mm hot continuous rolling mill for five days from March 4 and a 3500mm Steckel mill for 15 days from March 6. This is expected to affect the daily production of hot-rolled coil (HRC) by 11,000 mt and daily output of moderate-thickness steel plate by 3,800 mt.
