Dulan Mingsen to restart lead, zinc concentrate mining mid-May

Prior to the suspension, the miner had an annual capacity of 2,000 mt in metal content of lead concentrate

SHANGHAI, Apr 22 (SMM) – Dulan Mingsen Mining in Qinghai province will recover its production of lead and zinc concentrate in the middle of May, after it suspended in July 2017, a source told SMM.

Prior to the suspension, the miner had an annual capacity of 2,000 mt in metal content of lead concentrate, with monthly output around 150 mt. It has completed environmental procedures and currently holds no inventories.

The climate typically keeps the miner operating for seven months in a year.
