DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingSHANGHAI, Oct 9 (SMM) – Sixty-nine vessels carrying 10.36 million mt of iron ore arrived at major Chinese ports during September 28- October 4, up 850,000 mt from 9.51 million mt during September 21-27, SMM data showed.
Arrivals at ports in Shandong inched up while arrivals at Jingtang port in Tangshan declined.
For the same period, iron ore shipments departing Australian ports continued to decrease due to port maintenance, down 1.02 million mt to 14.93 million mt; those leaving Brazilian ports dropped 480,000 mt to 7.4 million mt.
