SHANGHAI, Dec 15 (SMM)－The treatment charge (TC) of tin concentrate has remained steady as falling tin prices stalled sales.
In Yunnan province, TC of 40% Sn was seen at 17,000-18,000 yuan/mt. TC of 60% Sn in Jiangxi, Hunan and Guangxi provinces were kept at 13,500 yuan/mt, SMM learned.
Smelters have been reluctant to purchase raw material these days due to lower opearting rates, falling tin prices and poor tin ingot sales.
