SHANGHAI, Nov.29 (SMM)-Ivan Arriagada, CEO of copper miner Antofagasta says, global copper market is in overall balance or slight shortage in these two years. He says global refined copper supply this year is estimated to rise 4%. Newly-increased refined copper supply has been consumed by the market.
