Overcapacity, Difficulty in Financing and Increasing Costs Troubling China's Nonferrous Industry

CNIA concluded the current situation of the development of nonferrous industry in China and expressed concerns.

SHANGHAI, Nov.7 (SMM)-According to CNIA, the industry generally maintained smooth production, and enjoyed a shock rise of price and increasing profits from January to August. However, structural imbalances such as overcapacity, lack of innovation, difficulty in financing and increasing costs are still not solved thoroughly. Price is still the main factor that affects the profit of enterprises.
