The biggest drop in inventories is seen in Tianjin. Inventories in Tianjin declined some 4,400 mt since continuous maintenance at north China-based smelters slashed arriving shipments. Besides, some downstream producers hoarded stocks in case of transportation restrictions for the National Games which will be held soon in Tianjin.
