Secondary Lead Smelters Halve Output on High Temperature, SMM Reports

Secondary lead smelters in Anhui halved output for high temperature.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 24 (SMM) – Anhui Huabo Renewable Resources Technology, Anhui Huaxin Lead Industry Group, Taihe Great China Metal Materials and Taihe Shunda Metal Materials halved output for high temperature. Anhui Huanyu Lead Industry Group remained off-line.

Lead Prices to Stay Weak This Week, SMM Forecasts

As China launched environmental checks in Henan, Shandong and Shanxi, local large secondary lead smelters held normal production, while all small producers closed down.
