Secondary lead smelters, facing difficult sales of high-priced goods and profit drop, reduced production enthusiasm.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 10 (SMM) - Secondary lead mainly traded at 16,750-17,050 yuan per tonne (including tax) last week with average price at 16,880 yuan per tonne, up 70 yuan pert tonne on a weekly basis.

Ignition battery scrap price (white shell) averaged at 8,480 yuan per tonne and 9,380 yuan per tonne for average motive battery scrap.
