SEATTLE (polymers.in):  Natural gas prices will remain low for a while
- Nymex exchange dipped to USD 2.63 on February 21, down a third since December.
- On February 21, front-month gas futures fell by more than 7%.

Q2 European methanol contract price seen at least 10% higher than Q1 CP
- Estimates by traders of the Q2 contract price ranged from EUR 390 - 440/MT FOB Rotterdam.
- European spot methanol was last assessed at EUR 387.50/MT FOB Rotterdam. 

US initial Feb propylene contracts settle up 6.5 cents/lb.
- US propylene contracts for February are beginning to settle at an increase of 6.5 cents/lb.
- February PGP at 48 cents/lb. and CGP at 46.5 cents/lb.
- Front-month February PGP traded on Wednesday at 49 cents/lb., up from the last deals at 46.25 cents/lb. in the previous week.

TPI Polene plans maintenance at EVA/LDPE swing plant
- TPI Polene is likely to taken an EVA/LDPE swing plant off-stream in March 2017.
- TPI is located in Map Ta Phut in Thailand, the plant has a production capacity of 150,000 MT/year.
