Markit’s manufacturing PMI in the US slated for release this evening is expected to remain flat.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 24 (SMM) – Markit’s manufacturing PMI in the US slated for release this evening is expected to remain flat. The US dollar index rose to nearly 99, putting pressure on base metals.

LME zinc will fluctuate between USD 2,250-2,280/mt today, and SHFE 1612 zinc should hover between RMB 18,050-18,200/mt today, with spot premiums of RMB 120-140/mt against SHFE 1612 zinc.
