The 16th International Automobile Recycling Congress (IARC 2016) will be held from March 16th to 18th at the Hotel Palace, Berlin. The registrations are now open.

BERLIN (Scrap Monster): The City of Berlin will host the 16th International Automobile Recycling Congress (IARC 2016) from March 16th to 18th at the Hotel Palace. This was announced today by ICM AG, the Switzerland-based conference organizer.

The conference is expected to serve as a platform to exchange the latest industrial information, to meet your business partners and to get easy access to new potential clients. It will focus on several issues including life cycle and sustainability aspects of car recycling and the best available recycling technologies available in the current automobile recycling market. It will also have special sessions on countering of illegal treatment and exports of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs).

The meeting will showcase next generation recycling processes and equipment to the benefit of industry participants. Further, it will feature detailed sessions on recycling capabilities of new and emerging technologies. A special report on actions taken by global car manufacturers in order to achieve various recycling goals will be another highlight of the event. The three-day conference will also provide update on the new laws and regulations.

A large exhibition area will be earmarked for conference facilities, whereby vendors could meet potential clients. Cocktail receptions and networking dinner will be arranged to facilitate in getting touch with business partners, colleagues and competitors. Plant tours to leading recycling companies nearby Berlin City will also be arranged, ICM AG stated.
