China's SRB Starts Rare Earth Stockpiling

China’s State Reserve Bureau started this year’s rare earth stockpiling July 31.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 4 (SMM) – China’s State Reserve Bureau started this year’s rare earth stockpiling July 31, SMM learned. About 10,090 tonnes of rare earth will be purchased by the SRB for state reserve as detailed below.
