A 2-million tpy hot-rolled stainless steel project will be built in Yangjiang city, Guangdong province, after a cooperation framework agreement was signed, local media reported today.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 1 (SMM) – A 2-million tpy hot-rolled stainless steel project will be built in Yangjiang city, Guangdong province, after a cooperation framework agreement was signed, local media reported today.

The project, worth of 1.8 billion yuan ($292 million), will be jointly invested by local government of Yangjiang, Goldsland Holdings Company and Tsingshan Holding Group Co., it added.
