Japanese H2 scrap average prices rise during third week of June

The average price of Japanese H2 scrap increased during the third week of June. It is the second straight week that the average scrap prices have shown improvement.

TOKYO (Scrap Monster): The average price of Japanese H2 scrap increased during the third week of June. It is the second straight week that the average scrap prices have shown improvement.

The average price of Japan H2 scrap in Kanto, Central and Kansai region was ¥ 30,672/ton during the third week of June. The prices increased by ¥ 81/ton from the previous week.

The average price of H2 scrap in Kanto region was ¥ 31,500/ton. The average price in Kanto region increased by ¥ 167/ton when compared with the previous week.

The average H2 scrap price in Central region was ¥ 28,640/ton. The average prices rose by ¥ 200/ton when compared with the previous week.

However, the H2 scrap average prices dropped marginally in Kansai regions. The average price of H2 scrap in Kansai region during the third week of June was ¥ 31,875/ton, declining by ¥ 125/ton over the previous week.
