EMM in China’s major producing regions largely traded between RMB 12,400-12,600/mt in the week ending June 13.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 16 (SMM) – EMM in China’s major producing regions largely traded between RMB 12,400-12,600/mt in the week ending June 13. Traders were little interested in buying after finishing goods delivery. #200 stainless steel producers also showed little buying interest against depressed prices.

EMM prices are expected to hover around RMB 12,500/mt this week. On the supply side, EMM producers will refrain from selling at lower prices against growing production costs. On the demand side, downstream producers will exhibit low buying interest.
