Chengdu Huaze Cobalt & Nickel Material Co. plans to halt production for 2-3 weeks after the accident on June 7, DZHnews.com reported today.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 11 (SMM) – Chengdu Huaze Cobalt & Nickel Material Co. plans to halt production for 2-3 weeks after the accident on June 7, DZHnews.com reported today.

The production suspension is expected to create a loss of more than 7 million yuan ($1.14 million), it added.

The company had its shares suspended on Shenzhen Stock Exchange following the accident at its Yuanshishan mine.
