Zijin Mining Makes Copper Conc. Sales to Connected Party; Capped at $113 Mln

A subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group Co. has entered a copper concentrate sales agreement with connected party Xinjiang Wuxin Copper Co.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 15 (SMM) – A subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group Co. has entered a copper concentrate sales agreement with connected party Xinjiang Wuxin Copper Co.

The subsidiary Xinjiang Ashele Copper Co., in which Zijin holds 51% equity interest, signed the agreement with the buyer company for a term from Apr. 14 to Dec. 31, 2014, Zijin told Hong Kong Stock Exchange today.

The maximum amount of the sale would be capped at 700 million yuan ($113 million) for the period, Zijin added.
