Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group Inc. signed a contract with the pan-European industrial group KME to make copper strips used in electrical and electronic connectors, report said.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 3 (SMM) – Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group Inc. signed a contract with the pan-European industrial group KME to make copper strips used in electrical and electronic connectors, Chinese local media reported today.

Golden Dragon’s chairman Li Changjie and KME’s executives including Moriani Diva signed the contract for the copper strip project on April 1 in Zhengzhou city, Henan province, the local report said.

The project with a total investment estimated at $200 million will be run by a joint venture company already registered in Hong Kong, which aims to be listed in 2018, the report said.
