The most active SHFE aluminum price moved up after opening higher Tuesday despite resistance at the 10-day moving average.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 5 (SMM) – The most active SHFE aluminum price moved up after opening higher Tuesday despite resistance at the 10-day moving average. With bearish mood moderating in the market, dealers and downstream buyers in spot market in South China purchased at low prices, driving spot aluminum price up to RMB 16,060-16,080/mt. Cargo holders were actively selling goods and transactions improved slightly.
