South China Aluminum: Trading Market Quiet with Strong Bearish Mood

The most active SHFE aluminum price slumped on Tuesday.

SHANGHAI, May 22 (SMM) – The most active SHFE aluminum price slumped on Tuesday, compounding the bearish mood in spot market. Purchases were few in South China market, while cargo holders were eager to sell goods for cash, dragging down spot prices, with mainstream transactions made between RMB 16,160-16,200/mt. Trading was quiet in general.
