SHFE #1 Lead Price Movement on April 26

SHFE lead prices moved up slightly on Thursday and spot lead prices in China’s domestic markets also edged up.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 26 (SMM) – SHFE lead prices moved up slightly on Thursday and spot lead prices in China’s domestic markets also edged up. Quotations for Chihong Zn & Ge and Nanfang were between RMB 15,730-15,740/mt, with discounts at around RMB 50/mt against the most active SHFE lead prices. Shuangyan was quoted at RMB 15,650/mt with discounts of RMB 110/mt against the most active SHFE lead prices. Brands from Gejiu region were mainly traded between RMB 15,600-15,620/mt. Downstream enterprises mainly made inquiries and purchased in limited amounts, leaving transactions muted.
