Operating Rates at Aluminum Extrusion Producers Rise Significantly in February

SHANGHAI, Mar. 15 (SMM) -- According to a recent SMM survey, operating rates at 27 domestic aluminum extrusion producers improved significantly in February.

There are 12 producers with capacities greater than 50,000 mt/yr in the survey, representing 942,000 mt in total capacity; 13 producers with capacities between 10,000-50,000 mt/yr represent 349,000 mt in total capacity; and 2 producers with capacities smaller than 10,000 mt/yr represent 14,000 mt in total capacity.
