[Ni] Baosteel: Stainless Steelmaking Not Stopped This Week

Shanghai, Nov. 21– According to Baosteel reports, Baosteel Stainless Steel suspended steelmaking again early this week, it is not clear how long the production suspension will last. The HR stainless steel rolling production line in Baosteel Stainless Steel is keep running, mainly consuming stainless slab.

Baosteel also said if they could receive orders to a certain amount in later period, they will resume steelmaking soon. Besides, Baosteel continued to reduce output this month, current steelmaking output has dropped to its lowest level. However, Baosteel said they did not stop production completely.
