Marimaca Copper announced that the proven and probable resources of its Marimaca Oxide Ore (MOD) in Chile increased by 44%, providing support for the upcoming feasibility study to expand the capacity design. MOD is part of this project located in the Antofagasta region.
Its current proven and estimated ore resources are 200 million mt with a copper grade of 0.45%, or 900,000 mt of copper content; the inferred ore resources are 37 million mt, and the copper grade is 0.38%, or 141,000 mt of copper content.
