This paper introduces the platform construction and service capacity from the four aspects of testing capability, instrument and equipment configuration, technical team and platform cooperation resources, and publicizes the overall planning of the platform service project. Sun Zhiyang, head of the platform service project and deputy director of the center, interpreted in detail the specific service contents and measures to benefit enterprises carried out by the platform and the China Inspection Group, mainly including the development of a "one-stop" integrated service system, quality, technological innovation subsidies, opening up the sharing of instruments and equipment, holding multi-level training services, and so on.
