Yi Chengxineng (300080.SZ) announced that recently, the company signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Xichuan County people's Government on the project of anode materials for lithium-ion batteries with an annual production capacity of 30, 000 tons. According to the relevant laws and regulations, in line with the principle of mutual benefit and common development, and after full consultation between the two sides, the company has reached a cooperative intention to invest in the construction of a "project with an annual output of 30,000 tons of lithium-ion battery anode materials" in Xichuan County.
