Beijing (Gasgoo)- LiDAR maker Hesai Technology on October 14 announced an exclusive partnership with new energy vehicle maker Leapmotor for LiDAR usage on its next-generation vehicle platform.

The first model from this platform is expected to enter mass production in 2025.

According to the agreement, Hesai Technology will be the sole provider of LiDAR products for several models on Leapmotor’s new platform.
