Nord Shares announced on the evening of September 20 that its holding subsidiary Nord Shengshi New Energy will sign the "Project Investment Contract" with the Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and the People's Government of Tieshan District, Hubei Province, to invest and construct the Nord Photovoltaic Energy Station Zero Carbon Intelligent Industry Park Project, with a total fixed asset investment of 5.2 billion yuan.

It is understood that Nord Shares plans to build a 500MW distributed photovoltaic power station project, a 1500MWh industrial and commercial energy storage power station project, distribution networks, charging stations and other facilities in Tieshan District, Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone. The industrial and commercial energy storage power station project is divided into three phases. The first phase construction period is 6 months. It is planned to start construction in December 2023 and be completed and operated in June 2024. The second and third phase projects have a construction period of 24 months. It is planned to start construction in April 2024 and be completed and operated in April 2026.
