Guangdong Hongtu Broke Ground for New Production Base

On April 20, the groundbreaking ceremony for the production base project of Guangdong Hongtu (Tianjin) Auto Parts Co. was held in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project will be built in two phases. The first phase will construct the Guangdong Hongtu Automobile Lightweight Intelligent Manufacturing North China Base.

It is understood that Guangdong Hongtu Automobile Lightweight Intelligent Manufacturing North China Base will purchase domestic and overseas advanced intelligent die-casting units, CNC machining equipment, testing equipment, which are used in R&D, design and production of engine aluminium alloy die-casting parts and gearbox aluminium alloys for automotive powertrain systems.

The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2024.
