SMM Daily Comments (Mar 28): Shanghai Base Metals Rose across the Board, Ferrous Metals Closed Mixed

SHANGHAI, Mar 28 – The U.S. dollar continued to decline today. As of 15:38 CST, the U.S. dollar index fell 0.31% to 102.56.

As of the close of the intraday trading, SHFE base metals rose across the board.

SHFE tin gained 2.23%, SHFE aluminium rose 1.27%, and other base metals all rose within 1%. Iron ore advanced 1.79%, rebar rose 0.76%, and stainless steel rose 0.2%. Hot-rolled coil gained 0.5%.
