SHANGHAI, Oct 10 (SMM) – North China’s Hebei province will begin a fresh round of environmental supervisions.
Inspectors from the provincial environmental bureau will settle into cities of Baoding, Dingzhou and Langfang during October 10 to November 10.
The month-long probes will start from November 15 in Shijiazhuang, Xingtai and Handan.
Anhui province, in east China, will also inspect environmental conditions in its eight cities, He Shushan, vice-governor of the province said at the meeting to prepare for the probes earlier this week.
Those cities are Huaibei, Bengbu, Fuyang, Huainan, Chuzhou, Liu'an, Xuancheng, Huangshan.
Central authorities launched environmental probes across Shanghai, Fujian, Hainan, Chongqing, Gansu and Qinghai, as well as two state-owned firms of China Minmetals and China National Chemical (ChemChina) earlier this year.
