On September 16, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ximazi sub-project of the Huaneng Yushe 1 million kW wind and solar power base was held at the project construction site in Xima Township, Yushe County. Lu Chenzheng, Deputy Secretary of the Yushe County Party Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department, and Yang Shuting, Executive Director, Party Secretary, and General Manager of Huaneng Shanxi Energy Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as the Energy Service Company), attended the project groundbreaking ceremony.

On October 12, Jinko Solar announced the formal signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with SANDISOLA to jointly develop an off-grid solar energy storage demonstration project in Myanmar. The project is located on Myeik Island in the Tanintharyi Region of Myanmar, an area without a main power grid. It will deploy 20.7 MW of Jinko Tiger Pro 3 high-efficiency PV modules, paired with a 29.26 megawatt-hour ESS. Jinko Solar will provide an integrated PV+ESS solution for the project.
