[Public Notice on Policies and Measures to Promote the Integrated Development of PV Power Generation and PV Manufacturing in Yunnan] On February 27, the Yunnan Provincial National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) released a public notice regarding the proposed adoption of opinions on the "Policies and Measures to Promote the Integrated Development of PV Power Generation and PV Manufacturing in Yunnan (Draft for Comments)." The draft states that, in order to support the high-quality development of the PV industry, promote the integrated development of PV power generation and PV manufacturing, encourage enterprises to "unite for mutual support" and "go global as a group," expand the scope of market applications, and support the strategy of building a strong industrial province, the following policies and measures have been formulated.
