At the beginning of the week, online DMC prices of enterprises in Shandong were 12,900 yuan/mt, and the bidding price was 12,800 yuan/mt, down 200 yuan/mt WoW. Leading producers kept DMC quotations stable at 13,900 yuan/mt, with no transactions at this price. Other domestic producers' DMC quotations and transaction prices also saw slight declines, with the current mainstream transaction prices at 13,000-13,200 yuan/mt, down 150 yuan/mt WoW.

SMM believes that DMC prices will hold stable next week. Recently, domestic DMC producers have secured many low-price orders, slightly reducing inventories. With sufficient orders, the low end of the price range for DMC is expected to stabilise, and the price competition will ease. Additionally, overseas demand has continued to rise, with several foreign brands announcing price adjustments. With the impact of rising prices from competitors, many domestic DMC producers showed a strong willingness to hold their offers firm. Therefore, DMC prices are expected to stabilise in the short term.
