The Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission has announced the first batch of strategic emerging industry support plan for 2023, with 11 energy storage-related projects included. According to the application announcement, these 11 projects will receive a total of 88.54 million yuan in subsidy funds. These projects include the upgrading project of the Shenzhen Next Generation Power and Energy Storage Battery Key Technology Engineering Research Center, the establishment project of the Shenzhen New Energy Storage Control System Engineering Research Center, the Shenzhen Ultra-Large Capacity Energy Storage Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Engineering Research Center, the C15 Energy Storage Cell Industrialization Project, the Industrialization project of All-Domain Multi-Scene Self-Optimizing Smart Energy Storage System, Shenzhen Energy Storage Product Inspection and Testing Public Service Platform, R&D and Industrialization Project of Energy Storage Battery Module PACK Flexible Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line, and the G8.5 Factory Energy Storage Project.

Recycling: This week, lithium chemical prices fluctuated, while prices of products such as cobalt salt and nickel salt continued to decline. The coefficients for ternary, LCO black mass, and other products also maintained a downward trend this week. The prices per % lithium for LFP pole piece black mass ranged from 2,200 to 2,300 yuan/mtu, while for LFP battery black mass, they ranged from 2,000 to 2,150 yuan/mtu. Taking ternary black mass as an example: Currently, the nickel-cobalt coefficient for ternary pole piece black mass is 72-74%, and the lithium coefficient is 69-72%. The nickel-cobalt coefficient for ternary battery black mass is 70-72%.
