Recently, the Ma Shi Town, Shixing County, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, the Liao Zhou Water Village, the Agricultural-Light Mutual Complementary Photovoltaic Project, was successfully connected to the grid and generated electricity. It is understood that the project is invested and constructed by Guangdong Dashun Investment Management Co., Ltd., with an installed capacity of about 5937kWp. The project has an average annual grid-connected electricity of about 5.8282 million kilowatt-hours, equivalent to saving 2100 tons of standard coal, reducing about 4700 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, and reducing a large amount of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions. The "Agricultural-Light Mutual Complementary" mode not only obtains efficient agricultural and green power generation economic benefits, but also improves the local power grid supply capacity, which is of positive significance for adjusting the local energy structure, helping rural revitalization, and achieving common prosperity.
