"Don't hoard goods." Recently, some industry insiders have suggested on social media that the commodity market can hardly improve amid oversupply, and it is not advisable to hoard goods.

Data show that since the end of January this year, the Wenhua Commodity Index, which represents the trend of domestic commodities, has trended lower. On May 22, it hit a new low since early February 2021.

Industry insiders said that the current global economy is facing greater downward pressure, and the international demand for bulk commodities has declined significantly, and commodity prices will hardly improve in the second half of the year.
