Quantum Aluminium-Magnesium New Energy Auto Parts Project Made Progress

On April 21, Hebei Quantum Digital New Material Co. installed and debugged intelligent die-casting equipment. According to reports, the aluminium-magnesium alloy new energy auto parts project invested and constructed by Hebei Quantum Digital New Materials will build a total of 7 workshops.

At present, two of the die-casting workshops have been completed, and are being installed and debugged. They are expected to be partially completed and put into trial production in May.

The total construction area covers 300,000 square meters. The die-casting equipment currently being installed can realise one-time die-casting of auto parts such as the rear floor of new energy vehicles, which is mainly used in integrated production of lightweight die-casting structural parts for new energy vehicles. After the project is fully put into production, it can form an annual production capacity of 115,000 mt of aluminium-magnesium new energy auto parts.
