SHANGHAI, Mar 16 (SMM) - PrNd oxide prices changed little last week. Mainstream PrNd oxide prices rose minimally to 685,000-689,000 yuan/mt around the weekend, slightly higher than 683,000-687,000 yuan/mt a week ago. The prices of PrNd alloy dropped on poor market inquiries and transactions from 835,000-845,000 yuan/mt a week ago to 825,000-830,000 yuan/mt last Friday. Both the PrNd oxide and alloy markets were quiet. Some downstream magnetic material began to make inquiries in light of insufficient inventory. However, the market sentiment was still relatively pessimistic, and it is expected that the prices of PrNd products will remain weak this week.
