SHANGHAI, Aug 1 (SMM) - According to the research report of CITIC Securities, with the recovery of the demand side and the production restrictions on steel enterprises, the supply and demand pattern of the steel industry is expected to continue to improve. At the same time, the supply and demand structure of iron ore at the raw material side is weakened by the reduction of production by steel mills. This will allow the profitability of the steel industry to begin to recover in the third quarter.
