SHANGHAI, Jul 29 (SMM) – Rio Tinto Group said it has formed a joint venture with the Guinean government and Winning Consortium Simandou to co-develop railway and port infrastructure for the world’s biggest untapped iron ore deposit, the Simandou iron ore project.
