Spot Prices of Stainless Steel Stabilised amid the Unimproved Transactions

SHANGHAI, June 22 (SMM) - Spot prices of stabilised today while 316L CRC prices declined slightly on daily basis. According to SMM, the quotations of 201 and 430 were at a low level and the actual traded prices of 400 series spot were about 200 yuan/mt lower than the quotations. Inquiries and transactions in the market were relatively poor as traders in the two places were not very willing to procurement. The CRC prices of 201 and 430 in Wuxi and Foshan were basically unchanged. The quotations of 201 J1 cold-rolled coil (Wuxi) were 9,500-9,800 yuan/mt while the quotations of 430 cold-rolled coil (Wuxi) were 8,700-9,000 yuan/mt. The quotations of 201 J1 cold-rolled coil (Foshan) were 9,500--9,700 yuan/mt while the quotations of 430 cold-rolled coil (Foshan) were 8,800--9,000 yuan/mt.
