On January 18, Everbright Securities issued a notice on the guidance of Ningxia Danyuan Juxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.

On October 29, 2021, Everbright Securities signed a "tutoring agreement" with Dun Yuan Juxin, and Everbright Securities was formally employed as the guidance agency for Dun Yuan Juxin listing.

Danyuan Juxin acquired the silicon component business and silicon component pulling business of Hangzhou Dahe Thermal Magnetic Electronics Co., Ltd., Ningxia Yinhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd in August 2020.
