On July 10, 2021 / 35, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey issued notice No. 2021 / 35, which launched the third sunset anti-dumping review investigation on wire ropes and cables (Turkish: demirveya ç eliktenhalatlarvekablolar (kapal cables halatlardahil) originating in China and Russia at the request of Turkish domestic manufacturers. The Turkish tax codes of the products involved are 7312.10.81.00.00, 7312.10.83.00.00, 7312.10.85.00.00, 7312.10.89.00.00 and 7312.10.98.00.00.
Stakeholders shall submit a questionnaire within 37 days of the announcement.

On June 3, 2004, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation into wire ropes and cables originating in China and Russia. On December 1, 2004, Turkey issued a final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese and Russian products (see Turkish notice No. 2004 / 24). On 21 July 2010, Turkey made the affirmative final decision of the first anti-dumping sunset review on the case (see Turkish notice No. 2010 / 22). On 14 July 2016, Turkey made the affirmative final decision of the second anti-dumping sunset review on the case (see Turkish notice No. 2016 / 31).
